Spacemen 3 - Come Down Softly To My Soul

A venerable and gorgeous classic from minimalist psychedelic masters Spacemen 3. As I'm currently in the North East, I decided to match the storm with a wintery song that reminded me of my loved ones. I also decided to pair the song with a classic winter cocktail to warm my heart and scare away the chill:

Snuggle
  • 2 oz. peppermint schnapps (Mohawk's is cheap and tastes like peppermint, many brands taste like spearmint. If using Rumple Minze, you'll have to tone it down a bit),
  • 8 oz. Hot Chocolate (Ghirardelli's is just made of chocolate and cocoa, and is inexpensive)
  • 1-2 oz. Half and half or cream
Pour 2 oz. peppermint schnapps into 8 oz. Hot Chocolate and top with cream.
