Pink Gin (aka Gin with Bitters)
2-3 oz Gin
2-3 oz Gin
2-3 dashes bitters (more if you like but start slow, bitters are... bitter)
Garnish with a twist if you feel like it.

Here's a winter cocktail that won't remind you of the hot chocolate version of a mudslide. Refreshing but with wintry flavors: piny juniper from the gin combined with spice from the bitters. Also great in the summer (or try a dash of bitters in your gin & tonic).
Use a healthy measure of your favorite gin (or try Beefeater Winter if you see it around - I am curious about that one so if you try it please leave a comment to let me know what you think)
